Lydia and Mama went to the Family Aquatic Center in central Broken Arrow. The weather was cooler than the last few days - the high was only in the low 90's. Most of the time Lydia was the only baby in the baby pool. (Yes, that is my blindingly white leg.)
The mushroom behind us provided shade and a cool spray. (I look like I have 3 antennae coming out of my head.)
Lydia loves to pour water in and out of her fish cups.
The turtle has a spout of water coming out of his head. I thought Lydia might want to slide down his back.
She sat on the turtle and played with the water. He wasn't very slippery.
Lydia was very hungry after swimming, so we sat down in the shade and had a snack. Of course it was Cheerios.
We have the coolest aquatic center. You all should move out our way for next summer!
