With temperatures in the 100's for the week we were looking for ways to get out and stay cool. We went to a park in Broken Arrow that had a splash pad. Lydia had a blast!
There were other kids at the park, even though you can't tell it from the pictures.
After splashing for a while Lydia had a chance to play on some of the park equipment. She decided that playing with the mulch is what she would rather do. So she made a call on her mulch phone. There was an area with a balance beam and some "stepping stones". Lydia decided that it was her mission to cover each of the stepping stones with mulch. After that we went back to the splash pad to rinse off all the dirt and mulch. It was a fun day at the park.
