On Friday we drove 4 hours to get to Grandma & Grandpa Thomas's house. Lydia slept for 3 hours in the car. Then we stopped for dinner at a Chinese buffet. So she was happy for the last hour of the drive. She is a good traveler. She likes to sleep in the car like her Mama.
Lydia and Mama playing in the sand at the park near Grandma & Grandpa's house.
Lydia was selling ice cream to the boys at the park. She doesn't even know what ice cream is yet. I think she just liked working the counter.
Lydia says, "Hi" to Aunt Shannon's cat, Tigger. Lydia also met and talked to Grandma's dog, Finnegan, but we didn't get any pictures with him.
We celebrated the birthdays of 6 family members. These are the five with August birthdays.
After listening to me sing "Happy Birthday" five times Lydia started to sing "Day, day!"
On Labor Day we went to Loose Park. We met Aunt Shannon, Uncle Michael, and Zachary there. I thought Lydia would enjoy seeing all the ducks. We fed the ducks, but Lydia wanted to eat the bread herself. We gave Lydia her Cheerios and she was happy. We enjoyed our walk around the duck pond and through the park.

We love the pictures! Keep them coming!
