And I'm not talking about the weather. This is about the letters that Lydia knows.
H is for Holiday Inn, a hotel where we have stayed a few times. Lydia recognizes the big H logo of Holiday Inn. Now she calls it "H" and pretends to drive to the H. She has also seen the letter H in other places and can identify it.
O is for the O shaped cereal that she still loves to snack on. Lydia found the letter O in the title of one of Grandma's cookbooks. She pointed to it and said, "O."
T is not just a beverage that we like to drink. Lydia learned the letter T from a Sesame Street podcast. There's a video of the letter T singing and playing the guitar. His name is Tommy; He's a T from Tennessee.
Lydia also knows the letter L with a little help from Sesame Street. The video has a catchy tune, "L You Ring My Bell." "You've got one line down, one line across the ground..."
