Many people have asked if we have decided on a name for the baby. Up to this point we have just been calling her Han Byeol, which is difficult for most of our friends and family to pronounce. Jim wants to leave people in suspense and spread out the baby announcements. We have two first names and two middle names that we have been considering.
A few days ago Jim asked me for some post it notes. I said, "The only ones I have are pink." I had no idea what he needed them for. A little while later I saw that Jim had written down the names that we are considering and stuck them on the mirror around the pictures of the baby. He kept moving them around to see which first and middle names go together. Which name does she look like?
For Labor Day weekend we drove down to Texas to visit Uncle Don & Aunt Linda and Jim's cousins. During the 4 hour drive we started playing the name game. We thought of a lot of different names, but none of them seemed quite right. We decided on one of the names that we had on the mirror.
